Olayemi Olajide Osiyemi, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Osiyemi is a board-certified Infectious Disease Specialist based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Osiyemi is the medical director of Fantastic Wellness Center. He is the President and CEO of both Triple O Medical Services and Triple O Research Institute. He is also the past President of T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society in Palm Beach County, Florida. He is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Osiyemi completed his residency and fellowship training in internal medicine and infectious disease respectively at the Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Osiyemi is heavily involved in clinical trials and has been published in several peer reviewed journals. He is an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Medicine and Kansas City University. He precepts medical, nurse practitioner, pharmacy & physician assistant students and medical residents. Dr. Osiyemi is also the Chief of Infectious Disease at Good Samaritan Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center. He also serves on the governing board of St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was voted Best Infectious Disease Doctor in Palm Beach County in 2018, 2019 and 2020 in the Palm Beach Illustrated Magazine.
Dr. Osiyemi serves on the advisory board for Gilead, ViiV, and Merck. He is also a speaker for Gilead, ViiV, and Merck. He is a United States Army veteran and an Entrepreneur. He loves soccer, jiu jitsu, music and travel. He is married to Cielo and the father of 2 wonderful children.
Theresa Bubb-Jones, RN, BSN, MSA

Theresa received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Long Island University New York and Master’s Degree from Central Michigan State University having majored in Health Administration.
Theresa started her career in a major Level 1 Trauma Medical Center in Brooklyn New York where she was immediately recognized for her leadership skills. She moved to Wellington Florida in 2003 and held Senior Leadership positions in a high-volume hospital designated as a Level Trauma 1 Medical Center West Palm Beach.
Theresa is a seasoned Professional Nurse who is a highly motivated and results-oriented leader who inspires excellence in all areas of Health Care and Professionalism. She has contributed her expertise as Advisory Board Member for the School of Nursing for Keiser University and a member of Palm Health Foundation.
Theresa’s most recent accomplishment is applying her 30+ years of Clinical experience and Leadership as the Administrator of the Fantastic Wellness Center & Medical Spa. She works closely with a team of experts in their field all under the Leadership of Dr. Olayemi Osiyemi (a.k.a. Dr. “O”), President & Medical Director.
Theresa is married to Wayne Jones who is the CEO of a large ambulatory surgery center and they have a son, Brandon, who is a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch.
Sheron “Shay” Peiris
Medical Aesthetician
Sheron “Shay” Peiris, began her career in Esthetics while working for Ulta Beauty as a boutique manager for Clinique in NY. Shay went on to earn the highest accreditation from Clinique, Clinical Consultant. Shay worked as a wedding makeup artist throughout the tri-state area and was also one of the makeup artists on Naomi Campbell’s ‘Top Model’ type reality series, ‘The Face’. Shay was also part of a team of 5 makeup artists to be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for the most makeovers in a 24hr period (403 in total).
Shay went on to obtain her Esthetics license from Western Suffolk BOCES with honors. Shay has also studied advanced skin modalities at the International Dermal Institute in Manhattan and prides herself on being ahead of the curve in the latest skin treatments. Shay is also a skillful piercer, laser technician and is currently pursuing her interests in medical tattooing.
